These terms govern your use of the Dolly app and website. By using Dolly, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Dolly.

Using Dolly

Dolly lets you discover movies and TV shows and organize them into lists. You may use it only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, interfere with its operation, or scrape or reverse engineer it.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app.

Your content

You keep ownership of the lists and descriptions you create. You give us the limited permission needed to store and display them to you in the app. Don't add content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes others' rights.

Movie and TV data

Movie and TV information and images are provided by TMDB. Dolly uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. We don't guarantee that this information is complete, accurate, or up to date. Dolly does not stream or host movies or shows.

Intellectual property

The Dolly app, name, and design are owned by us and protected by law. Titles, posters, and related material belong to their respective owners.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Dolly at any time. We may suspend or end access for people who violate these terms.

Disclaimer

Dolly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Dolly. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Apple

If you got Dolly from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Dolly, and is not responsible for claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of Dolly must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts there will have jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use Dolly after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
